It is very important that you have proof you have a B.B.A. certified product installed in your property as it will then be recognized by any future buyers surveyor and won’t cause you any problems if selling.
As we are an accredited contractor for our supplies, that gives them the confidence to give you a 25 year manufacture’s guarantee on completion of works and evidence of receipt of cleared funds. For a small premium we can arrange an insurance backed 10 year insurance backed guarantee on our installation which is the most which can be given in the building industry.
